Design and Development

Fabric Development
Development of fabrics based on design requirements, quality, cost, and sustainability considerations.
Testing and quality checking of fabrics to ensure they meet desired standards. -
Pre-Production
Grading: Scaling patterns to different sizes for mass production.
Sample Making: Creating prototypes to test the design, fit, and functionality before full-scale production. -
Production
Cutting: Precise cutting of fabric according to patterns and sizes.
Sewing/Assembly: Assembling cut pieces into garments using various sewing techniques and machinery.
Trimming and Embellishment: Adding buttons, zippers, embroidery, or other decorative elements as per design requirements.
Quality Control: Regular checks at different production stages to maintain quality standards. -
Finishing
Garments are pressed to remove wrinkles and ensure a polished appearance.
Inspection: Final inspection to detect and rectify any defects or flaws.
